• You may check out as a guest; an account is not required.

• We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment methods supported by Shopify.

• All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes for EU customers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is available to the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and North America.

• Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days (EU) and 3-7 business days (international).

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.

• Customs duties for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Matcha tins can be returned only if unopened (seal intact), unless there is something wrong with the matcha product.

• Accessories can be returned if unused and in their original condition.

• Refunds are provided only for damaged or incorrect items (photo proof required).
