Shipping Costs & Carriers

We use a Shopify plug-in that automatically selects the most cost-effective and reliable carrier for your location. Our shipping partners include Correos, DHL, UPS, and other trusted couriers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your postal code and selected shipping option.

• Orders of €50 or more in the EU qualify for free shipping.

• Shipping options vary depending on the destination and selected carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Order Processing & Dispatch

• We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

• All orders are shipped within 2 business days from the time of purchase.

• You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Information

• Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

• If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Yes! We are happy to ship to both residential addresses and PO boxes.

Customs & Duties for International Orders

For future orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you are unsure about customs regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Local Pickup (Barcelona Only)

We’re happy to offer a free local pickup option for our Barcelona-based customers! If you’d prefer to skip the shipping and collect your order in person, you can choose “Pick up at Vanta Coffee” during checkout.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days. Just show your confirmation email at the counter.
