We know how important fast delivery is, so we aim to dispatch orders quickly while maintaining our high standards for packaging and handling.

Our system automatically calculates the best shipping rate for your location at checkout. Below, you’ll find full details on where we ship, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and our general policies.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

We use a Shopify-integrated system that automatically selects the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your address. Our partners include Correos, DHL, UPS, Australia Post (for AU domestic delivery), and other trusted couriers.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and selected shipping option.
• EU orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping.
• Shipping options and pricing vary by destination and carrier.
• Australia shipping rates are calculated dynamically and may vary by state.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

🚚 EU: 2–5 business days
🚚 Australia: 3–10 business days (depending on state and regional distance)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, local courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
• All orders are shipped within 2 business days from the time of purchase.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete and a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.


Tracking Information
• Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
• If your chosen method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.



Shipping to PO Boxes

Yes! We ship to both residential addresses and PO Boxes whenever the selected carrier allows.



Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, including Australia, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you’re unsure about your country’s import fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.



Local Pickup (Barcelona Only)

Barcelona customers can choose free local pickup at Vanta Coffee.
